Domus T7 - Final Idea (Architecture of Contradiction0

Below are our final floor and roofing plans. We like to think we have created some sore of tension between the rigidity and functionality of the raised decking and the sleek curve which sits within it. As you approach this building it tells you it is a rectangle, yet ascending the stairs you are confronted by a curve. Ive heard this is called 'Architecture of contradiction.' Does anyone know otherwise?


Here is one of the images i found most relevant to the final concept while surfing Google images for 'sleek' buildings. it too is raised off the ground and snakes its way across a flat plane. I have been told that Frank Gehry's dancing building (below) also displays enigmatic tension we are trying to associate with.
